Caldor fire growth is boosting orders for exit from California: About 30,000 hectares burned in northern California, according to authorities, adding that there was no contents.
A rapidly growing wildfire in Northern California has seriously injured two people and resulted in the evacuation of thousands of residents and visitors to El Dorado County on Tuesday morning.
The Caldor Fire, which ignited Saturday evening in the Omo Ranch area, about 40 miles east of Sacramento, erupted Tuesday from 6,500 acres in the morning to about 30,000 acres in the afternoon, according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection. Cal Fire.
